About the teachers:
Feral lives in the Illinois Valley and has been homesteading & building houses for almost 10 years.
When he isn't busy fixing, building, growing and fermenting things, he likes to escape to wild places.
The Hanson brothers have been in the building trades for 40 years, focusing the past decade on the
traditional methods of monolithic cob, straw-bale, and post-and-beam structures. Schooled at the Cob
Cottage Company, they now offer classes, specializing in rocket stoves, wood-fired ovens, and basic
living structures built by hand with readily available, inexpensive materials.
***Class size is limited. Pre-registration required.***
